Most project directors have a story about a recruiter who didn’t deliver. A CV dump with no context. A candidate who pulled out two weeks before a critical phase. A placement that looked fine on paper but didn’t understand the site. We built IEP because that’s not good enough, and because renewable energy projects are too important to get the talent piece wrong.
Solar, BESS, and grid infrastructure projects are complex, regulated, and time-critical.
